Got to be the worst gas station ever. Horrible customer service. Employees have no clue what they're doing. I have an issue literally every single time I'm there. They don't know how to put cash on the pumps. They won't give you back all you paid for and there's like one nice, competent dude there. I have been here over 10 occasions since working a new job nearby and I have had an issue every single time.

Workers in the morning will just stand behind the counter and talk to a friend while their line has almost 15 people and only one cashier. Short brunette with glasses hair back. The morning is the worst time to go all around, I would go somewhere else like I have been.

I go there for fountain drinks, which are 69 cents for any size and LOTTERY tickets, and they do have great pizza.

I think the coffee condiments are on the wrong side of the counter. The reason I think that is because the trash for the cream cups and such is on the opposite side of where they have you dressing up your coffee. Or, like, add a second trash.

Prices on shelf dont match receipt. Been there far too many times after just now seeing a receipt for first time. I buy the same thing every time I am there, so it is my fault for not seeing this earlier. I told the cashier. Hopefully something changes.

Don’t work a night shift if you’re going to lock the door, stare at the customer, and ignore the bell your entire shift! Will be reporting to corporate so they can find someone that will actually do their job during the shift.

Excellent customer service! I accidentally got locked out of my car and unfortunately my iPhone was also inside my car with my keys. I asked for assistance from the Meijer Express Gas Station and the cashier as well as the manager did everything to help me out. The cashier shared his similar experience with his vehicle. He communicated with his manager to find a way to contact someone via phone in order to unlock my car. His manager used his phone to help me contact my car insurance for a road service. I also contacted a family member to be able to call my husband because I couldn’t remember his number due to technology nowadays having us text, or press a name which automatically calls our loved ones without requiring to memorize anyone’s phone number. Even though my relatives didn’t have my husband’s number, I was also able to use the manager’s computer to try and email my husband. After getting a hold of a tow truck company who was able to communicate with my car insurance, they came to unlock my car. I thanked everyone involved in my scenario. I always remember to place my keys in my pocket, but the one day when I decided to leave it in my car, I got locked out of my car, but thankfully the Meijer Express Gas Station team was there to assist me out. They made me feel calm during my dilemma. A miracle from heaven! Angels all around us! Thank you and God bless you all!
