Absolutely loved my Xander but but unfortunately after 4 years the velcro closure has completely come off of one side leaving a huge hole in the back. I asked Customer service if there was a way to repair or replace it with no help. In the time that i have owned it I only opened the velcro closure a few times giving it little wear and tear. I was very surprised that this happened to my bunny i would advise anyone purchasing one to be careful of opening it often and be aware that they may only last a few years and that is seems to be an acceptable lifespan to this company.

Let me begin by saying that this flower farm is lovely and that their café/gift shop has adorable goods for sale. That all being said, I'm really disappointed to report that their younger staff has very little knowledge of product nor etiquette when "helping" guests. I visited on 8/7/24 with my two sisters. We purchased sunflowers and baby gifts. The girl who was closing the shop that day was rude to and short with my sister. She treated us as if we were a large inconvenience to her as she was trying to close the shop up at 3:50pm. Our mother owned a retail shop for many years. I was always taught to help customers until closing time and never to make them feel unwelcome.

Missed the bloom for lavender but sunflowers are now in bloom and beautiful. Sat on the patio drinking a lavender lemonade and it was so peaceful. You can still smell the lavender too.

Everything about this place deserves a 6th star. Their lavender farm is beautiful and well kept, they have a delicious array of lavender based snacks and drinks, and on top all of that, their mission to provide stuffed animals to foster children is commendable. Definitely worth the visit.

This place is a must visit during lavender season. It is beautiful with the barn, waterfall, lagoons so strategically placed. It is picturesque. And the baked goods and lavender lemonade are just the perfect touch to finish off the visit.

What a beautiful place this is. I grew up in Grand rapids and came across this place about a year ago and on the visit this summer I spent two mornings at the property. Even though it wasn't peak season the scent of lavender was wonderful. I sat outside roamed the property a bit and listened to the birds and the bumblebees. The latte with the lavender syrup is delicious and so are the scuffins. If you1 haven't been here I highly recommend it. I have also ordered a few of their products online which are high quality. Xander and the other friends are so soft.

What a fun experience! My partner and I visited on the last day of their public harvesting season. It wasn't overcrowded, the plants were all still beautiful and bountiful, and it was affordable too! They have bakery items, drinks, bath items, and much more in their shopping area. All of the staff was very kind as well! This is a great place to visit if you want a nice relaxing experience of lavender harvesting and yummy snacks. We will definitely be back next season!

I bought a scuffin for to go. They said they didn’t have a box first then grab this cake box that looked a lot thinner than scuffin and literally shoved it in there and smooshed it. This is how they put it in there. I didn’t say anything but I would never SELL anything like this…
