“I’ve really had the best experience at this store. I’ve visited a half dozen times over the last year. They have a great selection- and the staff is nice and helpful. This last time- a lady helped me- I came in about a half hour before close. I have to drive an hour to get there- and traffic isn’t always kind. She helped me get the right coating_ and introduced me to carbide tools.I appreciate being treated well- and I love my new hobby. No amount of online shopping can replace when you get from visiting a brick and mortar store with knowledgeable staff that love the hobby.Within the first few days - I’ve already sold 2 pens, and the lady wants 3 more. “I typically shop at a different Ace Hardware store but needed parts for my eGO lawn mower. EGO pointed me to this store. I demonstrated my issue to the store associate. Though young he completely understood the issue and agreed with me on the parts I needed. He helped me write up the order. The price in this store was very competitive! Parts should arrive in a week.”

“I went in today to get a new tank of gas. The black guy freaked out and told me to stay outside. When he came out he asked if I was a terrorists because I brought the tank inside to get refilled. He went one to tell me all about how you can’t bring on an empty take because it would explode. I will never get gas there again.. he is so unprofessional”
“Really good results..my Toro 6.0 GTS kept stalling out..maybe carb. Brought it in. Got an initial quote.came back a couple weeks later and tested it before I paid. Still wouldn't even start. Needed much more. $60 more but worked like a gem. Worth every dollar. Just be patient and test everything. He does great work..”

“When I think customer service is going downhill everywhere, this place gives me faith. I frequent this store because I live nearby and been going here for years. I usually don't ever need help and just find things myself but the last couple times I’ve needed specific help with a project I’m attempting to do myself.
Stephen, a manager, offered help when I was looking and was more than helpful. I’m writing this review because I came in a week later and he remembered my name. I was really surprised. He helped me again with finding what I needed for my continued project and really seemed like someone that was interested in my DIY. That’s the customer service that separated this place from any place I’ve been to.”
