I HATE CHASE. I HATE THAT I CANNOT CALL MY LOCAL BRANCH NOR TALK TO ANYONE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!! WHY ARE OUR JOBS BEING OUTSOURCED??? HOLD MUSIC IS AWFUL!!!! HATE CHASE BANK! THIS LOCAL BRANCH IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. I’m banking for someone else. GRRRRR

If I could give 0 stars I would, chase is and has been all around the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Their are always issues when it comes to deposits, my business account just all around terrible customer service too. It's almost like they enjoy telling you no and not helping to see your reaction. I would be ashamed to work at any location to be honest. I can't wait to close on my house so I can change banks immediately. Do yourself a favor and do not bank with chase.

Been banking with Chase for quite a few years and since retiring and moving to this area, the Caledonia branch is the one closest to me (40 mile round trip drive). The staff always greets me when I come through the door, the tellers are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about what services are offered. Yes, I know that I can bank by phone, I just prefer dealing with people.

Worst bank ever. Drained our account with fees. Reversed the fees promised no more fees. Drained our account again. Spoke with Eunice Lopez got nothing but an attitude from her. Refused to reverse fees and closed the account after taking all our money. Asked the bank to talk with someone who supervises all chase banks she refused to give me a contact.

idkw but my review went missing from here. anyway this is without a doubt hands down my favorite chase bank in the entire west Michigan area. the dark haired girl (the manager i think) is sincerely a good person... the entire staff are extremely friendly, warm, & welcoming. always helpful & i cannot say enough how much i truly appreciate it.
