Caledonia BP on M37 has a girl that wears the same dark red mask every day and was asked if she was sick. She refused to serve customers because of politics. She should be fired immediately!

I filled up today I put $53 in 2 miles down the road I happen to be looking at my bank statement and I was charged $88 my tank is 22 gallons and the price was 273 per gallon I can’t put $88 in my tank if I ran it dry my gas gauge doesn’t work so I don’t even get close to empty my tank. I don’t know if this is a legitimate scam or a computer bug but they owe me about $35

My Father In Law tried to purchase some beer earlier this week, and was refused service. He showed his Mexican Passport as ID (which is 100% valid ID), and was questioned by a young girl about why he didn’t have a Michigan Driver’s License. The young girl then questioned his legal status, and went so far as to threaten calling the police. I’d strongly suggest educating your employees on what constitutes valid ID, and more importantly, I’d suggest the employee responsible is terminated. Society has no place for ignorant bigotry.

None of the gas pumps work they only let you select premium gas. Thats not the worst part they don’t require mask what-so ever an then when you finally do check out the smell of ashtray an B.O. washes over you

Went there for a car wash. Got the most expensive version. The first time I tried using it, the machine quit after only doing a little bit of it. Went to the front and complained. The woman said she would have to type in a new code herself to let me try again. I had to wait a long time b/c they were understaffed. She should have just given me another code. When I tried again, it did the first part of the cleaning. However, it was confused toward the end (after the waxing) and told me both to Stop (red) and go forward (green). There was an impatient person behind me, so I slowly moved forward. The car was not cleaned off. There was a lot of fine dirt pieces on the car, although the big pieces were gone. I told the person there that it only partially worked but I was giving up. I then said that I wanted a fill-up and asked for the 20 cent/gallon discount promised for those who got a fill-up. The woman said I'd have to get a new car wash to get the discount. The statement about the discount made no such statement and I had never left the lot --- I went straight from the defective car wash to the pump. I still got the fill-up, but I plan never to do business with this place again. They had a defective car wash and they cheated me on the gas price.

Minus 5. Diesel did not autoshut off as I'm watching it. Ruined my shoes and jacket. Dumped on ground. Not cleaned up. And according to the attendant Merle Boes knows about it and will not correct it.
