We couldn't have made it through this very difficult time without Julie. She was knowledgeable and caring regarding the sale of our deceased mother's condo. Our Berkshire Hathaway realtor, Michele, was very professional, communicative, adaptable, and responsive, everything you would expect from Berkshire Hathaway.However, I expected that the house would sell for more than it did in what is (or was) supposed to be a hot seller's market, where houses sold for more than asking price in bidding wars. We ended up selling our house for a quite a bit less than we originally thought (94% of asking), so part of me wonders if more could have been done to get a better price, but overall, I was satisfied with our realtor and BH given their professionalism and ease of the transaction.

My goodness, Mara is wonderful in every aspect. Knowledge, personality, organization, follow up, through, kind, friendly and loveable. She made our experience flawless. Frequently asked if there was anything she could do for us or anything we needed of her. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. I can't say enough. Mara Musser from Berkshire Hathaway is an incredible agent. She helped us sell our house for more than we could have ever imagined. We had to relocate out of state and we always felt like our home was in good hands. She had amazing tips for staging, a great photographer, and when it came time to selecting an offer, she was very knowledgeable. If this review doesn't tell you how great Mara is, then here's our number's: We had our house on the market for just 6 days and had over 100 showing with 40 offers. Mara Musser is the best!

Cheri Morehouse works out of this location. I have purchased two homes and sold one with her. She is AWESOME and on top of everything. She will walk you through the process, consult on any questions, and is persistent for her clients. The second home I purchased was a 8-10 month journey of searching, putting in offers, etc. She worked as hard on day one as the day we closed. She has a great reputation as I've personally heard from other people within the industry.
