I'm giving this store a one star review and here is why. There is a team lead/supervisor that she thinks she's better than everybody else that she's the boss and she doesn't have to talk to her boss and her bosses about what's going on. She also favor Chism of other employees and goes after certain ones that I've noticed and the other team leads they don't do nothing about it. They don't stand up for seven employees, or they just stand there and not talk to her about what's going on. Also, some of the prices in Walmart are not cool. They are pricier than most stores around. Cadillac also noticed that the parking lot this winter wasn't greatly plowed or were the carts go out on the parking lot aren't plow or shovel that great There is one fraud to the store is some of the cashiers do help and they do their damn best when they're short staff, and they are greeted by the bus customers some of them keep coming back

I love the Walmart in Cadillac, Mi. The store is clean, easy to navigate and carries just about everything! The prices are reasonable, the employees are not only helpful, they remember you! Walmart has great end of the season sales. Their fried and roast chicken is the least salty between KFC, Family Fare and Meijers. Having said that, each of these stores has its own strengths, but I shop at Walmart the most frequently. Can you guys bring back your Sam's seed bread?

Awful. Horrible customer service. I'd give this a zero star if I could. We had a nail in our tire on the way back from Northern MI to Kalamazoo on a Sunday and unfortunately Walmart is the only place open so we stopped and made an appointment as it's "first come, first serve" which is understandable. After waiting 1.25 hours we were advised "we cannot take care of you because we don't have a lift for your car" We have a Tesla. Huh? I don't believe a companywide communication hasn't gone out about this. The manager yesterday (June 25 2023) was short and rude. We asked if they could at least fill our tire and that took another 45 mins to get that done. BTW - we went to Discount Tire in Portage MI and they didn't need a lift (great service there) They just jacked up the corner of our car. I'm sure Walmart could have done the same thing but I'm glad they didn't because they probably wound have done a half a$$ job. Discount Tire has a forever customer. Walmart has a not ever customer.

Scheduled grocery pick up between 6-7. I arrived about 630. They said it would be ready around 8 because they were short staffed. I asked if they would send a notification when it was ready because I didn't quite know the process. He said he didn't know the process either. So I went home and called around 8. They said it was ready so I drove back and called. Nobody answered so I left a message. Didn't hear anything for about 20 minutes so I called again. Finally someone answered and said they will bring out the groceries as soon as they're able to. Waited for almost another hour before they brought them out.

The employees are extremely rude. I get it, you pay the minimum you get the minimum. The store is dirty as well. I walked out with out anything I needed. Pitiful

I was looking for a hard to find item and searched the internet and found that Walmart had it. I was also able to add a few other things that I had been looking for. Short lines made my checkout very quick.
