There is no back up system or point-of-contact system to schedule a COVID test. The computer program and phone program kept stopping midway, so I couldn't schedule a test online. Having a person in my household who is COVID positive, I find it critical to test. So I went to the pharmacy window and was rudely told, "Sorry, we have no system for manually inputting an appointment." That's stupid! I'm right here right now, and I can't schedule online. And I can't schedule in person? So..... I just don't get the test at Walgreen?

I had a prescription sent to Walgreens and was informed it would be available the next business day. I called at 3pm the next day after not hearing anything, only to be told they won't be getting it in at all. They didn't even act like they planned on calling me to tell me they wouldn't be filling my prescription. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
