Needs remodeled. tile floor is broke and missing. Dirty. Bathroom is very dirty looks like the toilet hasn't been clean for awhile . Got a pop and the price is wrong. Says 2.49 for the coke so with mi 10 cents deposit should be $ 2.59 they charge $2.59 plus 10 cent deposit. To make it $2.69 . Told them . Oh you get that $2.49 price if you use your speedy reward card.

Convenience, quick moving (most of the time) and definitely have improved their staff with what seems to be much friendlier than what we've seen in the past. Drinks are cold and coffee is hot. Need to fix some of the cooler handles tho please!!

Was an early sunday morning. I've been up for a very long time (almost 21 hours straight) I stopped here for gas. Afterwards I was a little hungry so I wanted to get something small. They didn't have alot but I didn't want to go anywhere else. Just wanted to go home. So I picked out a cherry cheese Danish. Can't really go wrong there. I grabbed it. It was a little flat but whatever. I needed to hit the road. I put it on the counter, the woman who looked just as tired as I was rung it up and I paid for it. I hopped in my truck and went down the road. I started to open the package and to my surprise it literally fell out... the package was already open. It was hard as a rock for being open so long. I literally was upset and threw it out the window, and I continued home.So a word to the wise. Check your packages here before you pay for them.

The store itself based on products and what they do or do not have is decent. Aside from the donut selection. Wesco has them beat by a long shot!! Not to mention Blue Herring is literally 5 mins down the road also. In terms of customer service, I'd have to give them a 4/10. You stand in line for 15 mins even though they have 2-4 people working. Why? Unfortunately the people they hire have zero work ethic, motivation, or actually skill to care enough to have both registers open at those times. They instead clean-stock-take cigarette breaks slower than a expecting a rock to dissolve in water! You watch as they peek over at the amount of customers are standing there waiting while 1 employee is ringing everyone up as fast as he can. (There's a guy who does a wonderful job and extremely kind, professional, etc.) He is always at the register alone until he says something about needing assistance to work through the line. Why can't they be more aware of the amount of customers there are and help immediately regardless of what they are moving through slower than frozen molasses at the moment. Supervisors/management please take notice to your employees and start replacing them if they can't perform!!!

Staff is always friendly and quick. Everything is pretty regularly stocked. Also the establishment is always clean. Fuel prices are almost always lower then everyone else in town.

Every single time we go in there, which is a couple times a day for the past 4 years, they never have any tea made. I mean it’s really is not to hard to always have a tea going there is always someone there who isn’t busy! U ask them about it and they are super cocky! Absolutely no reason for it! Maybe instead of standing around and talking maybe keep busy so this doesn’t repeatedly become an issue!? This is my 2nd complaint on here and it seems they always have some sort of excuse! I also used to work for the other speedway here in town! And that one is not even half as bad as this one!And another thing, I do not understand how this store manager, Jody is still employed here. She is the most rudest, two faced person I have ever seen managing a business! She is nice to the customers then soon as they walk away and she didn’t like something they did or said she will repeat it to the next customer! This is super unprofessional and totally uncalled for! The only respectful one in this particular store is Daisy. She’s always so happy to see and greets each customer with the upmost respect!!!! She is the ONLY reason I even waste any time going back there!!!!!

I only called to quickly confirm they were open after passing several gas stations that were closed with pumps turned off(I'm not from this area). Kim was really rude to me for absolutely no reason. Thanks for the attitude Kim, that was awesome??

I have been going to this Speedway for years. It is close by where I live and the staff is friendly. I like they get new things in to try. But they need to fix or keep the slushy and fountain machine working all the time instead of broken a lot. And have the hot rollers go longer pass 5pm other then that great place.

I never have a good experience at this gas station. The biggest thing that irritates me the most is, how pushy they are with the rewards. I've had them waste my time scanning one and explaining the perks to me, after I have said no. If you ask for something behind the counter they tend not to know where or what you are asking for.

It's not my favorite gas station anymore honestly. I don't like the new fancy coffee machines and the coffee doesn't taste good anymore either. Not sure if the brand of coffee changed or the process of making it in the new machines alter the taste, either way it's not good. It's always busy, navigating the parking lot trying to find a pump is a challenge, even with a small car, and idk why but it seems the cops are always around there watching and waiting to mess someone's day up, like it's illegal to grab some gas and a bad cup of coffee. With all that being said, i do like the employees and none of what I don't like about Speedway is any of their faults. They do the best they can with the traffic in and out all day and night and keep the place clean and stocked. They are all friendly and courteous which isn't always easy working with the public so kudos to them on that one!
