Charter Spectrum customer service has always been there and ready to help when needed. Their customer support seems to be non stop ready to take your call. I give it 4 stars, and maybe even closer to 3 because of their cable selection. It's a bit expensive, and for the price there aren't many movie channels, and there's been moments where channels are just removed from your original plan. Their cable is a bit trying. But their Internet is great, Internet service and response is great.

Great customer service, great cell service, internet and tv service! Get all services from them and love it! They do offer landlines as well. Great for those with young kids in the house, and anyone really!

Return my internet box over 1 month ago to cancel my internet. They took my internet box and they gave Me a receipt and never took it off there end and they charge me 29.99 for something I did not have. Took me almost 45 minutes to hour to get it resolved.

Just signed up for charter internet and Spectrum TV. Jake was the tech who installed everything. He did a great job in spite of the horrible weather. Thanks again Jake!!

I had been having trouble for a few months with mail getting kicked with message I was over limit even though I was emptying daily and showing only 15 to 30 emails. Turns out when I had upgraded to Microsoft 2021 Office Suite, the Outlook program screwed up my files so when I was deleting files, they were going to a hidden file instead of trash. Thank goodness for the tech at Spectrum who realized I had over 52,000 files and told me what to look for. Took me a while to find that hidden file, but now I'm running fine.1

The employees are kinda rude, they talk elderly people into high bundles, if you remove the TV off your package, they try and make you keep it.

Incredibly difficult to work with. Kaycie called me when I was at work, was incredibly impatient and rude. Wouldn’t answer any questions and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Kaycie basically made all the decisions for me on her own regardless of my opinion. I cancelled service, I’d rather hangout like a pilgrim than deal with this.
