I was a little early for my appointment to repair a windshield chip, they got me in promptly, explained what they were going to do and gave me an estimated time. They completed the work quicker than estimated and the repair is not visible.

Made an appointment… that got rescheduled due to rain. Not a big deal. Next appointment I get a call that my glass was broken when it arrived that morning. When I asked why they had me scheduled earlier if they didn’t even have the glass yet I was told that they had given that to another customer yesterday and had to order this other one for my appointment today that is now moved to next week because the “broken glass”. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will be going elsewhere for all my glass needs from now on. Also, if you want a refund for the services they fail to provide, it will take 3-5 business days to get your money back.

Quick to get me in using my cars extended warranty, good communication with call backs to confirm appointment. Big open space in the building with chairs if your waiting and free coffee available. Did a great job repairing a chip for .e and I was in and out in under an hour.

I had a huge crack from one side to the other on my wife's van. It was driving me crazy because it was in my line of sight but not my wife's. I set up an appointment online, which was super easy to do. Took the van to the shop, dropped it off and in an hour or so it was done. I'm pretty happy with the results. I never had a new windshield before. It's almost like I don't have one lol. It was a later appointment because I had work that day. I appreciate that they had time to do it for the time I got out of work.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. The storefront was immaculate. The technician was polite and professional. I had to wait for the repair and the tech estimated about 2 hours. In just a little over an hour and 15 minutes the job was completed. The price was as quoted, no hidden fees or surprises. The technician told me if I ever had any questions to call and he also gave me the manager's card to use if needed. I was very impressed with the service, especially being post COVID, when service and professionalism seem to have gone out the window. If I ever need a repair again, they are my go to company.

I tried to call to get some information. There was no option to talk to an actual person. Instead of transferring me to someone that could answer my question, I was told to go to the website and was hung up on, twice.
Not everyone that needs autoglass uses the internet and your website didn't answer my question.
