Prescriptions were ready quickly. Unhappy clerk wouldn't try my GoodRX coupon code. Insisted on using her own which made my prescription much higher. Friendly staff. The clinic for vaccinations is great.

I don't come in frequently, but needed something I knew they'd have and it was on my route. An associate greeted me at the door, helped me find what I needed, and checked me out in a timely fashion.

Never have alot of medicine in stock, they say we ordered it, Never comes or they don't carry the medication not sure why they can't order it from a different company, Walgreens is fast and awesome, if you have some insurances they may not take walmart pharmacy is 2nd meijer is to slow and its a nightmare.

I would like to thank Lynne for the wonderful experience I had as a customer today! Lynne was so warm and friendly. She went the extra mile for me. She also encouraged me to sign up for the loyalty points program with my new phone number. She informed me about ways to save using the app which I now have. She is truly a ray of sunshine!? I will literally come back to this store just to see her friendly smiling face. Way to be, Lynne!Rebecca was also wonderful and helped Lynne to help me quickly.

The worst place to get my insulin needles they won't sell to me cause I don't have a script with them. If I go into shock I'm sueing them for not helping me!!! And they will pay my bills at the hospital.

This Rite Aid store has very friendly people working there who are very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. Check out times are very fast, and your prescriptions are always ready in a very fast tine period and always ready when they say that they will be.

Came in today for a work injury to get my prescription. Haley was absolutely rude to me and didn't want to help at all. Because my insurance didn't cover it. I said it was workers comp. Well you need to call them for the info. Told her I had it on my phone. Ignored! Called my employer and went back to the counter where a nice older lady helped get everything I needed off my phone where I told Haley it was, and got ignored. Most likely never returning to rite aide again. This isn't the first rite aide that has been rude to me because I have Meridian insurance. Heaven forbid you are going through tough times and need a little help.
