pilgrim's village lost me as a customer. first off the bait shop (that I was a loyal customer to) has employees that cuss in front of customers and are very rude. for example a buddy and I where in there shop and was showing me pics of his new granddaughter and the old lady at the desk yelled "are you in here to look at your phone or shop!" then last week i came to purchase a product that was clearly advertised on the wall and was in stock but refused to sell it to me so i went and got some other things I needed and then went to pay the same lady said to the clerk out loud "tax him 53 and get him out of here" that was the end I will never set foot in that store again!

We rented one of their log cabins for 89$ a night! 2 bedrooms and nice living room,full kitchen w dishes etc. Right on the lake!Walkability: Literally right on the state park and on the lake!

I stayed at Pilgrim's Village on an ice fishing trip. The rooms haven't been updated in a while, but I wasn't there for fancy accommodations. The bait shop was extremely helpful and had detailed maps of whete to go based on the current weather. They were able to show me multiple access points for each lake and what depths to fish for each possible species. 10/10 would recommend

I could not leave a review on the bait shop it's self. But the location is great and I don't know about the rooms....but the kids working the bait shop....don't ask them questions all you want to do is strangle them, with the amount of disrespect. But over all good selection of bait and jigs, could use some more rods but I am sure with how busy it was they were bought out due to the free fishing weekend

Water smelled like rotten eggs,floor got wet when it rained prolly has mold in walls nd floor and the beds are so horrible will have your back sore/in pain. They also have no rules or policies and will use the sheriff to call your employer if you have a balance. They dont pro rate any days either 500 to 600 for a week. DO NOT STAY HERE your car or a box is better.

Worst experience I have ever had. First of all, our room was paid for in advanced and we picked the key up from the person that rented it on our behalf. By the time we got there the office would be closed.The room was run down, out dated, dirty, and infested with cockroachs. I wish I would have taken pictures before I cleaned everything. I couldn't even take a shower because the tub was so grotesque. We wound up getting a room around the corner at the Sun-N-Snow Motel for the rest of our stay here in Cadillac.I brought it to the attention of the owner and he tried to deny he has a bug problem until I showed him a picture of a cockroach that was crawling on one of the walls he not deny was his hotel, so he scoffed. "Oh, but the new maid is thorough, she does a good job at cleaning the rooms." the lady behind the counter said.They wouldn't even take responsibility for the issues, I didn't ask for a refund nor would I accept one, it is more important to me that they address the problems.Noteworthy details: Find a different place to stay.

Rooms need updateing really bad linings/blankets had holes and tears hide a bed mattress was stained really bad blew 2 fueses elec needs update board walk to dock had broken board lose nail and screws.fishing was great on lake Mitchell loved the bait shop

This place is nostalgic to me and I have been going to this place for around 10 years or so. This place is home to three beautiful cabins and rows of red ones to rent out. Happy camping!
