8593 S 13 Rd, CadillacCoyote Crossing is located in a unique location near Caberfae Peaks and is definitely an "Up North Bar & Restaurant." I ordered the Coyote Burger with chips. The bun was fantastic and the chips were great. Surprisingly, the server didn't ask about cooking the burger to order but it came out fine. The service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!
