They were very quick and efficient. I went in for an oil change and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Their prices seemed a bit steep until I got in, and they did an amazing job plus checked my car over and filled my tires with air. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get something done on their car!!

Been a long time customer but will not be back. Maybe it’s a new crew, I don’t know, but whoever was working underneath on 3/20/2024 made a BIG mess removing the oil filter on my F150. When I got home, there was oil all over my clean garage floor. My little dog came in from the garage and was covered in oil and that’s how I discovered their mess. I crawled underneath and saw lots of oil sitting on the skid plate which was coming out of the catch hole above. It dripped all down the front differential and the oil cooler onto the skid plate and onto my garage floor. I called to let them know and at least the manager was apologetic. He offered to fix it, but I live out of town and to be honest, after this, I didn’t want them touching my truck again. That’s the only reason they got two stars instead of one. The next day, I took the truck to a reputable place in Cadillac with mechanics that know what they’re doing, they dropped the skid plates and spray shield, cleaned and washed up the mess made by Performance Plus and didn’t charge me a cent! Now that’s quality! Nothing like paying over a $120 for an oil change and then having to clean up their mess. What a joke!

We took our 2019 Colorado here for an oil change. Everyone was very friendly everything seem to be fine. When I left, I drove about 20 miles maybe a little less and my ad oil light came on. I pulled into the nearest parking lot and called them and at first they tried to blame me saying that I did something. After I told him how crazy that thought was, I was told that the manager was at a family reunion and couldn't come today but would be able to meet me in the morning. The manager did call me and schedule to meet me first thing in the morning, my boyfriend and I met him in the parking lot where we left the truck. The manager was quite condescending during the whole experience. He kept calling my boyfriend "my guy" and talking to him like they were buddies. Not like he was a customer. There was a huge oil leak underneath the truck where all the oil that was still left in the truck, drained out when I stopped. The manager climbed under the truck and said there was nothing wrong under there. And then proceeded to try to get us to drive the truck to the back to the shop. Which my boyfriend refused to do unless they would like to replace the engine because there's no oil in the truck at this point. He put oil in and it immediately ran right through. At that point he decided maybe he should change the oil filter and while changing the oil filter, he said to my boyfriend "oh I remember this vehicle. I had a hard time trying to get this to go in but once I just pushed it, then it was fine". After he changed the oil filter, he put in more oil and everything seem to be fine but when he checked the dipstick, it was way over full. We're now having issues with the check engine light coming on with an evap code and another code that I can't remember right now that is also related to having too much oil. Needless to say performance plus does not feel any of this check engine light codes were caused by the issues that I had from them changing the oil. The manager told us that due to our inconvenience he was going to have corporate send us a $50 gift card to use it on our next oil change. And that with all of the points that I had accumulated I would get my next oil change, basically for free between the gift card and my points. As if I would bring my truck back there ever. even that wasn't true, the gift card came with an apology letter from corporate for the issue, but the gift card was only for $40. Which is still sitting on the counter, and will never get used I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I don't think I have ever had such a good oil change!!! My dealership don't even do what these guys did! They were friendly and kept me tuned in on what they were doing.Thanks guys for such a good experience

Fairly new to the area and they were great! Everyone worked together and made the whole experience better. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. No pushy tactics to upsell me.
