“All been going there for years.But Jeff, please don’t ever put the new guys on Subaru’s. TWICE drained the transmission. AND then when I went to put the car in storage, LOOK ?️ what fell from the splash guard…. The oil plug!!!That splash guard isn’t a shelf. Makes me wonder where you found another that would fit and if it’s the correct one…and who’s missing one.Thanks to the guys at Budget Transmission for removing the filler plug that was buggered up from the first time the transmission was drained.Moral of the story…slow down and NEVER let a new guy touch a Subaru unless they can tell the transmission drain plug from the oil drain plug.See you in 5,000 miles even though it was recommended by a worker I might want to try a new place?. Teach the new peeps.”
