Unfortunately, today I received prescription Differin gel - upon taking it out of the bag I smelled a strong sewage smell. I smelled the box and it was coming off the top of the box. The sides didn’t have the scent. I opened the box from the opposite direction and pulled out the tube. The tube did not have a full appearance to it, and it was not sealed. There was gel around the cap inside and the opening. Please don’t give returned products to customers.

Zack (Main Pharmacist) likes to decide what medicine people should have regardless of what my doctor prescribes to me and my wife. Constant and repeat issues getting medicine from here. Will no longer be coming here and filing a complaint through my doctor, who has also had many other patients complain about this same pharmacist.

Terrible experience due to Kate. She is a young woman who acts like she knows all and was condescending. She obviously has not experienced life yet, but acted like she knew all and I was wasting her time to ask questions. Her attitude started with her greeting. When I asked to speak to pharmacist directly she rolled her eyes & snipply said just a moment. Due to circumstances, I called my Dr office, I tried to give her my cell phone and instead of declining professionally she acted like I was handing her the plaque! More happened, but bottom line, this is a pharmacy, often dealing with sick people and elderly. Compassion and professionalism should be #1 qualities. Sadly, Kate needs more training in these areas before continuing to deal with public.

Third time was NOT a charm. After three times of being told my scripts were ready, not only did I still have to wait approx. 1 hour the 1st visit, they also did not have my allergy med each of the last 3 times I picked up scripts after telling me they did

I just want to say that we switched to your pharmacy after having several issues with Walgreens over the years- and we are so glad we made the switch. Every person I've talked with over the phone and in person has been accurate, punctual, helpful, and KIND!

I wish I could give zero stars. This was on a Fri., one lady in the pharmacy was going to deny me my pain meds until Monday so she could talk to the head pharmacist because SHE thinks I'm getting to many pills for a 23 day supply. I said, so you are telling me that I have to go all weekend in pain because YOU, that is NOT my DOCTOR thinks I don't need them. What bull$*it ? then, which is none if her business, she ask what my diagnosis was and I proceeded to tell her, (I shouldn't have) I told her Bone Cancer, she replied, 0oh well then I will get it filled for you. Now you tell me how that is right, it is not. In my opinion, broken toe, bone cancer, broken leg, whatever. Who is she to say how many pain pills I need.

My husband found himself totally out of an eyedrop that he seriously needed. Meijer was out of the eyedrop. But the young man that waited on me went above and beyond calling all around Cadillac no on had it. But he found it in Reed City. That is top grade customer service. Thank you
