Unprofessional, and unpleasant. The ladies running the phones are clueless to how insurance works and it’s unfortunate. If you have an opportunity to work with another pharmacy in town, I would go that route.

pharmacy located inside the medical building: super friendly and helpful, nice selection of greeting cards, basic OTC medications. And--they have a stock of Shingles vaccine!
