Got a call saying both parts of my daughters glucose reader were in, quoted me a copay got there only one part the co-pays higher. When asked the lady said not my problem do you want it or not

Unprofessional, and unpleasant. The ladies running the phones are clueless to how insurance works and it’s unfortunate. If you have an opportunity to work with another pharmacy in town, I would go that route.
