New cable and string put on Mathews V3. Mitch made sure the bow was timed and paper tuned perfectly. Very knowledgeable ! I will be back for all my Archery needs.

I had a fantastic experience at FPS Archery in Cadillac, Michigan. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They assisted me with installing a new rest and addressing some issues with my bow, doing so quickly and with great expertise. Their selection of bows caters to all price ranges, including used options, which is a big plus. Besides archery gear, they also offer firearms and hunting equipment. And to top it off, there's a lovable dog in the shop, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for archery and outdoor enthusiasts!

I went in there roughly three weeks ago, I was looking for some recurve assistance and advice on compounds. When I walked in no one greeted me even though three workers or what seemed to be workers were there. I finally said hello to them when I got up to the counter. After talking a bit, they took down my information and said they'd call when my string was ready. I never got a call and they didn't help me out at all.This is my first review ever - and this is the third time I have had bad service there. The owner has a smug and demeaning feeling, as if because I don't know everything about bows that I shouldn't be there. Which rubs off on everyone else there. Hopefully the business does well, but I won't ever support them again. A sad way to run a business. I would recommend anywhere but here for help with your bows.

This shop receives a two from me mostly for their range in the back of the shop. I’ve attempted to have work done here with months of waiting and finally just picking my bow up to take elsewhere. Very rarely greeted in a way that makes me want to spend my money here. I had high hopes because there was a local shop, but unfortunately have been let down almost at every turn by FPS. If you’re a compound archer or crossbow shooter, you may have better luck.

Great shop the owner was very helpful he got me set up with my 1st bow And took the time to paper tune it for me I will definitely be coming back and giving good recommendations

My go to bow shop now!! These guys go above and beyond and they really know their stuff. They corrected a tuning issue with my Prime two other shops couldn't, and they didn't just push me out the door, they did all the steps and even gave me a few tips on shooting form. Went back for a new sight and they got everything dialed in. Great shop, can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for new archery equipment! They are extremely knowledgeable and attentive to detail. I thought I wanted a new Mathews V3 in 27” and was professionally recommended to shoot the V3 31” based on my draw length. I would of never understood that difference without the recommendation. The 31” is absolutely perfect for me!

After Kim Fortelka sold the place customer service has dropped off the map and these guys need to go back to shooters where they came from the Traverse City sales tactics aren't what we need for the Cadillac hunting crowd.
