Not very polite to disabled person. Would not go an extra mile just for a few minutes we're not busy. If you plan and enlarging I would suggest a little more training.

One star is being too kind. Passing thru so we stop for gas, restroom qnd some drinks. Clerk shouts God I'm trying to go the bathroom God. She is mad that she can not use one due to customers being in the store. I'm sorry of its such an issue please hang a sign saying be back in 5 and lock the store door. I'm sure we will be more understanding of that than you having an attitude. Than anon checkout the clerk made huffing and puffing sounds in anger. She either needs training or a new job.

This place is soo unprofessional they charged me for my merchandise then told me it didn’t go threw and wouldn’t let me take me merchandise and told me I had to come back the next day and talk to the manager, I left my phone number and the manager was supp To call me, we’ll she never did, when I called there at almost noon the next day the manager in training was arguing with me telling me I still couldn’t come get my stuff and they couldn’t give me my money back cus there was no proof, finally she says we’ll come get your stuff I’ll take the hit for it and probly loose my job, then the area manager calls me back 5 mins later and says what’s the problem u can go get your merchandise, I said umm no the lady told me that they still couldn’t see if it went thru, she then tells me well she ran the paperwork and it has been payed for to go get my stuff, I said ok can I get your name and corporates number, she gives me the wrong number and says, u can come get your merchandise but your not welcome back in my store: omg soo unprofessional.

Extremely poor service. Tried talking to a manager "Dawn", she was rude and unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!

Great place to be! The manager Kami is outstanding! Best woman to work for, always wanting you to improve no matter what! Clean, always a hello when you walk into the door, friendly, & never judgemental about anyone! I suggest this gas station for fast & friendly help. The girls are great & always there to help with whatever they can! We appreciate everyone's business.

I see a review from a year ago saying that this place no longer exists. It does, in fact, exist. Just a typical gas/convenience store. Friendly staff anytime I've been in there. I travel to Cadillac from Ann Arbor often, and stop here gas & snacks.

My wife was treated poorly in front of other people there. We called to tell how badly she was treated and guy acted like he could care less and isn't going to do much of anything about it.then we called the VP of the company and he talked down to her and treated her like a 5 year old .well SEAN GRAY I really hope we meet face to face someday boy I would love to have you try that with me !!!!! Dont go to this store there are only 3 good people that work there.

Place is a joke they can care less about their customers and how they are treated by their employees they have working there I and all my friends and family will never walk into this gas station ever and will let all I know how badly I was treated by their racist employee.
