Just bought my beautiful VW Convertible Beetle....what a wonderful experience! Love these guys! From my salesman, Ben Randall, to the finance guy, Ted, to the curly top Colton.....they were all top notch! I would definitely recommend Betten Baker! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

We had a bit of delay with backorder parts, but once on hand, Logan got me and taken care of. Even fixed me up with a vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop. Great job service crew!!

My experience with the dealership's scheduling and performance was good. The high price and 3% surcharge for using a credit card in addition to nagging emails to complete surveys are causing me to consider other options.

We are very pleased with the customer service from BB Chevy in Cadillac. Drew worked with my daughter and I to help find a reasonably priced lease to replace her leased vehicle which was up in August. After crunching numbers, he suggested we buy her leased vehicle, as it would save us in monthly payments as opposed to a completely new leased car. Boy, he was right! After searching for some alternatives, we came back and converted the lease to a purchased, saving over $100 a month! Ted was very helpful in getting the paperwork ready so all we needed to do was come in and sign! And Scott and some other nice employee helped us get into our other car after we were locked out on the day we went to sign the papers! We will go back to this dealership for sure!

Betten and Baker are fantastic. Our six month road trip in our Winnebago Travato Dodge Ram was cut short due to the AC condenser not working. (Caught a rock in Alaska.) We tried multiple dealerships between Alberta, CA and Great Falls, MT and either they couldn’t get the part or said they weren’t equipped to service it.
Betten and Baker ordered the part and worked with us to schedule the service earlier than originally planned.
The parts staff and service desk personnel were outstanding. They were patient and accommodating of our many calls.
I highly recommend them.
