What an incredible experience with Mathew, the manager on duty! From the moment we first pulled up to Autozone to our departure, he was the most attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Mathew did everything in his power to assist us with knowing exactly what we needed to get ourselves home safely. We are from out of state and as we were adding oil to our Subaru, we dropped our cap into the engine and it rolled down onto the skid plate. We couldn’t find it anywhere. So we went to Auto Zone in Cadillac, and the Manager Talitha was extremely helpful. She gave us a generic cap to try, but it didn’t fit. She came out with another generic cap, but before we tried it, she took a look down into the engine, saw the cap and reach into the engine and grabbed it. She was a lifesaver for us. We cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for us.

Depending on who you deal with. There’s a few people that work there that are very knowledgeable and willing to help. It’s priceless to solve problems on the first try and not have to go back. Highly recommended!!!

LMAO ?The staff is nice but $59 for their cheapest pads for my Lexus? $79 each for their cheapest rotors, one year warranty?Get bent, I ordered a complete kit with drilled and slotted rotors carbon fiber ceramic hybrid pads, lube and 3 different sets of clips for $92 from Detroit Axel on Amazon. The Eastpointe store sold me a 1 year warranty battery for over $100, and it was only a 6mo warranty...Manager said she was throwing in the felt pad things and grease for free, looked at my receipt and she charged me for them.I'm done with AutoZone...

Store manager, Talitha, went way above and beyond! First snowfall and my battery died. She sold me a battery, explained the warranty AND installed it in my car……all in the dark and bitter cold. She’s a rockstar and definitely an asset to AutoZone!

I couldn't believe how amazing the manager was with helping me I believe her name was Taleatha. But I had just got out of work that night and noticed that my water pump was well I knew that I was leaking coolant!!! I knew I wasn't going to make it home.Any way something just told me to go to AutoZone!!!( Six sense,woman's intuition who knows)...But I did...when I got there and realized there was only one water pump for my vehicle in stock. which is a Buick enclave which is extremely annoying to get a water pump off and on to one of those I thought for a minute that I was just going to be stranded but with a little reassurance they let me know that everything was going to be just fine.. The situation was going to be handled..All I have to say is you have an amazing staff the associate Glen was amazing and the manager she was amazing they all deserve a raise if it wasn't for them I would not be driving my vehicle right now So thank you guys You are awesome ??
