Purchased a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas. When I purchased them the Associate had me leave a email just in case they didn’t fit she could return them with her email. Well that isn’t the case. They can’t find the email and will not honor the exchange. Called corporate and they told me that they should not have an issue and they should be able to be returned.
