Called them for a rock chip repair. Tony came out and caused a small rock chip to become a larger crack and then the manager told me I had to pay for an entire new windshield. They tried to blame it on my windshield not being repairable (brand new car) and then basically said they would not help me at all towards the cost. I wish Progressive would recommend another company that actually cared about helping people and not just making money.

My girlfriend had her windshield replaced here. The techs broke the clips that hold the cover over the wiper motors. This loose peice rattled off and cracked the windshield from top to bottom. They refused to do anything about it. Cannot give zero stars.

Incompetent office staff, I'm out a days pay because they can't call me to say there paper work isn't ready after scheduling days in advance, safelite through progressive is a slap in the face for a much money that I've given progressive through the years.

Discovered that I had a broken rear window in my F150 Friday evening. Called my insurance company and they connected me with Safelite. Had my car back with the window replaced by Saturday afternoon. Exceptional service throughout the entire process.

Safelite lost us as customers when they kept giving us the runaround when getting a quote after we spoke to our insurance. Their agent got frustrated and hung-up mid conversation. We spoke to several different SafeLite agents to resolve the issue but each one had a snarky and rude attitude. No one wanted to help! Safelite wasted valuable time for a time-sensitive repair.

Great service, smile, and the crack repair almost made the chip invisible. They said it will not improve the chip aesthetic in most cases but prevents a chip from growing into a crack. …….. they did a great job, this crack almost disappeared. That little tiny spot at the end of my finger is all that is left..

Everything from making an online appointment to the actual service went very well. Getting a quote online and making the appointment went smooth. Friendly service when I arrived. Waiting room had a coffee machine + water and charging cables. I was given a 1 hr time frame and the tech finished right on time.Communication throughout the whole process was plentiful. This was my first time getting a windshield replaced and Safelite made the whole process easy. I don’t hope to have my windshield crack but if I do Safelite will be the place to go for me.

Was great service. Made appointment online. They contacted insurance. Got me in the next day. Couple hours and put the door with new windshield.
