I had purchased 6 systems with a installation cost of $1557.00 per unit. I had a bus that was not able to be repaired so I kept 1 unit for my new bus. I called to have this unit installed and was quoted a price of $4000.00. Nice to know they won't help you out. I will never do business with this company again.

Do not use this company. Once you buy from them the customer service will fall away. It all sounds great in the sales pitch then falls apart.Nothing will work how its supposed to. They will not respondto you your emails and calls unless they need something in return. It's possibly the worst company for customer service for camera systems.

Terrible customer service!! Terrible product!! Equipment not installed correctly. Good luck getting something fixed when it breaks. Company blames you for their faulty equipment and install.

Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their product, which is failing. Customer support is non-existent. Months and months of attempted phone calls and emails, and have still not been replied to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The company does not stand behind their product and ignores issues with their systems. Trying to get someone to call you back is near impossible. I feel bad for the receptionist as she has to make excuses why "Andrew" (operations director) is never available. Do yourself a favor and look at other school bus camera systems. Do not fall for their promise to support their products.
