“Great customer service does exist. I live in Texas, in a tiny town on the Gulf of Mexico. I purchased contacts from an online company. Unfortunately, the company wrongfully sent my package to an address in Grand Rapids Michigan (no I did not get the house address only the message of "your package was delivered in your mailbox in Grand Rapids Michigan" ?I called my local post office, and they called this location. Today, Edwin returned my call (on a Saturday!) Although, I still do not have said package. I just wanted to give thanks to Edwin- for giving me a friendly call about the issue of my misplaced package. Hopefully, the contacts will find their way back to me. Still hoping ?Again, thank you Edwin. ?”

“Don't let the bad reviews scare you off! I stopped in for stamps today and to mail a bunch of thank you notes. The parking lot must have gotten fixed since all the other reviews. It's fine! Also the line moved quickly and the folks at the counter were courteous and professional. The man who helped me was able to recommend good stamps for thank you notes. Very pleased with my experience!

“I honestly prefer this post office more than others! I willingly drive myself to this location and I am located across Rivertown Mall. I know there is a post office near there, but I trust this location a lot more. I am soon moving to the Holland/Zeeland area and I will definitely drive back to this location as a first choice if I get the chance to. Every employee I had met with there are very nice!”
