Seen a worker who was cleaning equipment, and they were doing a great job. I definitely feel more comfortable knowing the workers are taking care of the house.

Already reached out to staff but it seems the new hires don't have any capability to answer questions and tell me to call back when a manager is around and yet I have called 3 times and no manager is to be found!

Convenient area. New employees monthly. Never a familiar face behind the counter, rarely stocked with paper towels, early morning employees don’t do much but phone surf… edit*** 24 hour gym… here at 5:15 on a Thursday and place is closed. Unacceptable

Very clean gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of space and equipment for use. If you’re in the market for an affordable and easy place to workout, this is a great option.

LOVE this Planet Fitness :) The BC Spa perks are incredible. The staff are great and work hard to keep the gym clean. They are also very friendly and make the atmosphere a great place to work out. Woohoo :)

Super clean, the employees are friendly. And I love, love Total Body Enhancement red light therapy. Faster recoveries and great for your skin (haha wrinkles too).
