Had a terrible experience in this place. Mackenna bissonette who is the manger showed NO respect for anyone in the store. Talking very loudly and inappropriately to other staff members. Also smoking on the floor where people shop. One of the worst experiences shopping i’ve ever had. Pacsun please choose better on who you want to represent your store. Very disappointed.

I had a very poor experience there today. An employee named Makenna was not very helpful. She was vaping on the floor right in front of us while we checked out.
She also didn't say hello or greet us when we walked in.
UPDATE: she found my social media after reading my review and started harassing me 😂😂

I was in the store shopping and not one of the associates came to greet me, but instead glared and avoiding doing their jobs…i went up to the register to check out and the associate ignored me and i had to get her attention to let her know i was even ready…not very impressed with there work ethic….and on top of this i had seen another associate vaping in the back….i love pacsun, but i would not recommend this location!

Not sure who the cashier was today sept 6. We went in the store two different times and the girl working never even said hi, welcome, can I help you find anything. Nothing. Won't be back. Hate when employees don't even recognize they have customers. I'm also in retail, I know sometimes one bad customer can set you off the rest of the day, but don't be rude to everyone else. We didn't buy anything the first time in because we went to see if we could find jeans in another store first. When we came back the employee just stayed in the back the whole time. Which is why I didn't purchase anything.

This is honestly the dirtiest store I have ever been to in my life. The workers were just standing around and talking with each other playing on their phones. Clothes laying everywhere enough lint on the floor to make a blanket. I probably would have bought something or actually looked around a little bit longer if the store wasn't so disgusting.

A worker gave us a dirty look and didn't even care that we were in the store. It was good the first time we came but the second experience was bad.
