Awful customer service. Always have staff in groups behind counters. The store manager is rude, and lies about the quality of the product. Makes incorrect claims about goretex to get sales. Just go anywhere else. Unless for kids. Worth it for the price for stuff they’ll grow out of.
Everything else is priced too expensive considering the quality

The zippers on my coat ended up coming off a few months after purchase. I brought my coat in to this store and Alyssa was super helpful with getting my coat exchanged and helped explain the whole process. I am super satisfied with my experience here! Great customer service and very friendly.
