Great selection. I only wear Merrill shoes. I went to this store today specially to buy a pair of shoes. While there my girlfriend said hey that’s the pair you just got on Amazon. I looked and yes they were identical only 2.5X the price I just paid. The pair that I was trying on and planning on buying I then decided to type into Amazon and Voila they were 40% cheaper. I won’t be going back to this store if they are charging a premium price over the same product on Amazon. Just to note if the same company is selling the same shoes thru 2 different sources why not sell the same price? I just don’t understand

Recently went to this establishment and can't say enough good things! I entered the store around 6:50(they close at 7), and I wasn't rushed out in the slightest. I was more worried about it being close to 7 then the employees were. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail in my needs over anything else. Grateful to have such a great Merrell store so close! Great job all, I will recommend to anyone!

We first bought a pair of sandals and like crocks on our anniversary in Mackinaw city before we left that week we bought 2 pair of tennis shoes 1 pair for me and 1 for my husband. We also bought me a pair of hiking boots. We are very happy with our purchase and the sakes lady was amazing. I am getting ready to go to the store closer to me to buy a pair of work boots. Hoping they are just as good as my previous purchases. Highly recommend there brand. Will not switch back.

Boots fell apart after 3 months of use, by far they are the worst winter boots I have owned. They discontinued to model no doubt because of poor quality. Their solution was a 30 percent off coupon. Why would I want to spend another 250 for a pair of boots that could fall apart again after 3 months of use.Apparently, Merrell is no longer worried about the quality of the products they sell.

Awful return policy, wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them. My girlfriend bought a pair of steel toe boots because she needed them for a new job the next day, wore them that day and hated them (she works inside). Couple small specks on the bottom that could’ve easily been cleaned up (yes she could’ve done that but c’mon). Great way to lose business I’ll give them that.

Love this place! My husband needed new shoes for work and everyday wear, the lady that greeted us was amazing. She showed us where we needed to go and answered all our questions. We got 2 pairs of shoes one for work and we didn't even know that they had the kind of shoes that he wanted in work wear.
