The staff also treats you like family and that's a huge plus, even when you have to use multiple cards to pay, they help make it work for you. “Overnight parking is available. There is no restroom available until someone shows up around 3:00 p.m. The appointment was at 6:00 p.m. We were approached at 5:03 p.m. to back into a door. We had paperwork in hand signed before the unloading process began. The employee was very friendly and helpful. We were leaving the parking lot at 5:54. I'll deliver here again with no hesitation.”

“We found Bob’s butcher block about three months ago and we are so happy we did! We are there weekly buying food for the family. They make it very easy to buy it and bring it home and make it. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable and they’ve all been very helpful telling us the best way to cook everything and answering any other questions. The meat is always amazing and they also have a variety of other food. Highly recommended. Everything we’ve had there is good! Highly recommended!”

“I’ve had the food from there a few times and it’s delicious. Yes a little pricey but it’s artisan. However, I gave 4 stars because we had ordered 3 Rueben egg rolls and received cheesesteak ones instead. I get it that we’re all human and make mistakes, but I did call them to inform them of the error and they very kindly offered to give us 3 Reubens for free to make up for their mistake. So 5 out of 5 stars for customer service and the food is absolutely decadent.”
