Have shopped at this store for years and loved it. Unfortunately my last visit was not a good experience. The manager at this location was very rude & unhelpful. Would no longer recommend this Jcrew Factory location.

Clothes are very nice. But they need all new employees. Don't go to that one at tanger outlets. Every single time I have went there the employees are so rude. I'm not one to complain but when it happens more than 3 times ... it's ridiculous. It's not hard to put a smile on your face and ask how your day is going? You are in customer service lol. The employees are garbage.
