Wow! The sales-persons were very helpful and did everything right: from asking what I needed, to giving me a quick correct-size measurement. Really, these folks were great and I love the Bali and Hanes brands that I purchased. Great prices!!

I purchased and two of my underwear had rips in the bottom. I live too far to return them but I would suggest you check over what you buy. The sales person was very and almost too helpful. If you are Black be prepared to be rushed and watched.I felt slightly uncomfortable. I do not know anyone who wants to go to jail for lifting underwear lol. The bras are really comfortable and I would go back to buy some more elsewhere. Hanes check your people before you get hit with a racial discrimination lawsuit.

Extremely horrible customer service I was racially profiled twice! As soon as me and my sister walked in they immediately started following us both times. I have never in my life stolen anything and neither has my sister. All we were doing was shopping like everyone else but for some reason they called security and we were pointed out. There were other shoppers that did not get half the attention that we did , it was very clear what was happening especially with an all white staff. Very hurt and disappointed. The first time I went in as an customer and the second time I went in to make sure what happened really happened and I was proven right.

I needed some help and guidance on purchasing new bras as my size has changed. I was disappointed that neither sales person was interested in helping me.. the store makes claims that they would be happy to measure you and assist you in finding proper fitting under garments. I was excited about the pricing and the sale going on (buy 2 get 2 free)... it's unfortunate I couldn't find a single thing that fit. Wish I would have had some assistance.
