DO NOT get the credit card from gap, banana republic or old navy...they recently switched banks and it's been the worst experience of my life!!!!!! will never shop again, they made the mistake of charging an old card from their old bank and I can no longer get my money back for a return I made! I would leave zero stars but it's not possible!!!!!!!!!

Online ordering from Gap is horrible. I ordered several items for gifts. I will never spend my money with Gap ever again. I’m missing items , was sent emails saying that they were delivered. Packages are sent out separately. Yes I did call customer service and let them know I didn’t receive the items that said they were delivered and yes they refunded my money but that was a pain also. I could hardly understand the person. When I buy in America I would like to have a customer service that is also in America. I would like to talk to someone that speaks fluent English.

Love their jeans!! They almost always fit great! I'm 5'11 so I cant just get jeans anywhere. Love GAP!!
