Crazy drivers, just was behind a delivery guy for this company dodging snow. Perfectly cleared and groomed on ramp to i69, this guy instead decides to drive halfway on the shoulder kicking snow across the entire dry lane for the whole length of the on ramp

We had Fliers out in October to replace our very old water softener and to install a reverse osmosis system. They did an amazing job and were very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. Highly recommend!

Had our well water tested by Flier's. They recommended a system that would reduce salt consumption and soften the water. Not only does the system use more salt than our old softener, the water is hard and it leaves iron deposits in the toilets. Total waste of money. Our 24 year old softener worked better and used much less salt. We also rented tanks that were used as a way to wash our cars and it would leave the cars spot free, so we were told. The water that came out of them had a horrid odor, the vehicles were far from spot free. Basic city water did a better job. Another waste of money and not cheap. After the year lease on the tanks, I no longer wanted to rent them. So they picked them up and sent me a $43 bill for tank pick up. I could have dropped them off at their place for that much. A total $3500 down the rust stained toilets.

We bought a new house spring 2018. The house had a sprinkler system but we were unsure if it worked or what company put it in. I called Fliers for a consult. Couldn't get anyone to come out for 3 months. We had dealt with many companies during this time and all called ahead to let you know they are on way. We were 2 minutes away at time of appointment but came home to a note that we missed them. Did reschedule and two guys came out and said we would need salesperson to come quote the job. We then get a bill for $170. Somehow we were labeled as reactivation when that was not the case. We were potential new customer. We received no service or anything. Just told to call back to schedule a quote. Would we be charged for that too? Needless to say we didn't call. It does not feel proper to be charged for nothing. All other companies we dealt with provided free quotes and we dealt with a lot being it was a new house for us. And we didn't even get a quote from Fliers. Not interested in doing business with a company that treats a potential customer this way. Very disappointed and frustrated. Why were we charged for anything in the first place is my biggest frustration. We received nothing in return.

I am very familiar with Flier's Quality Water Systems. The employees that I have personally worked with will all do whatever it takes to make sure their clients needs are met, they are incredibly knowledgeable about water purification and purification systems, and have all been as honest as the day is long. I would recommend them to anyone in need of professional water treatment or water purification. I trust the job they will do for you!

I've done business with Flier's for 30 years. Underground sprinkling and weLL water system. It's a semi do it yourself system.Ron T helped set this up, their plumbing supply was cheaper then hardware stores.They rebuilt out dated controller years back.Think fixed the pump, both these items extremely expensive to replace, prices good.Mine is Toro hydraulic system, been good.

Wish there was a half star rating. These guys called me back a week late, helpful guy Paul, tried his best to get product out and did. Sent me wrong replacement, Hah!Did not have the common courtesy to even attempt to return a call, the problem could have been fixed with the answer to one question.To dang busy I guess.Find another water services provider, these guys have already cost me 3 times what I would have spent calling a local plumber.
