You pull in and a machine goes around your car. Then you exit. Count on it missing a ton of stuff and possibly denting your car. Not worth the money

This car wash is truly a touchless wash which is what I was looking for. No brushes is good because any car wash with brushes will mar the surface and introduce swirls and surface streaks which is a killer for maintaining that quality detailed look no (matter what type coating). A brushless wash is best when used for vehicles with a ceramic coating, which by nature sheds water and dirt and salt better than any other sealant including silicone and carnauba. If you have a ceramic coating, purchase the least expensive wash because adding the sealant is counter productive and not intended for use on ceramic coating. It's not as good a wash as doing it yourself, but clearly better for your car than any brush wash.

Have given this place multiple chances over many months time! Even if you pay for the most expensive wash, driver side of the vehicle never gets washed (sprayer doesn't work). Soap is very inconsistent and spotty... Clearly they aren't going to fix this problem since it's been an issue for so long! But hey, at least your passenger side of your vehicle looks good!!!

This was my first (and only) visit to this location. I decided to give it the maximum test of the $9 deluxe wash. What a disappointment. The water was low volume and and soft brushes/'tentacles' were not making good contact with my car. (And I have a full size car.) Once home and the car dried off I could lots of road grime remaining on the lower front and rear plus rocker panel areas. As I said--what a disappointment, especially since I paid the big bucks. I have no plans to ever use that car wash again.
