“This Dollar Tree always has fancy name brand stuff and amazing drinks. The employees are fantastic and provide great customer service. Really enjoyed chatting with the young women cashier today 3/15 around 7 pm.”
“On a busy Saturday, we were able to get what we need real quick and checkout was wonderful. You could tell they were short staffed but an employee named “Brett”, I believe that’s his name of what he told the lady in front of us, was so kind and upbeat! He was wearing a shirt and tie even! I don’t know if you do employee incentives or what not but he needs one! Oh and this is by far my favorite dollar tree! Good job Grandville team!”
“Grocery shopping at dollar tree is great. The staff is friendly (but not standing around ,with their hands in there pockets talking, while people are waiting in line friendly). Just work and talk friendly.”

“I went in this store because of the dump Dollar General across the street.! The store is clean, no products on the floor a little trash in one area but the person was stocking so that's expected. Cashiers where nice. Totally recommend this store over Dollar General in that immediate area. Good job girls!”
“Dominique was such a nice cashier. She's so sweet and helpful! They truly make coming in there such a kind experience. She had such a long line and was by herself and handled it with so much grace and humor! She's absolutely adorable and must be protected at all costs ! “This is the absolute clean store of all the other stores combined.The manager is awesome, and has a little set up of ideas for all the seasons/holidays. I mean she's still awesome without doing this... I just love it!I see other reviews about an older woman and I can't place who she is, but I do believe I've been checked out by her a few months ago.I want to reiterate how clean this store is. “This store was going through a remodel and the staff did a wonderful job handling all of the shoppers in their store. “I always go out of my way to come to this family dollar. The staff is always very very friendly and helpful. I was extremely touched when the employee, Amanda, offered to help me carry my case of water to the car. I thought she was going to ask the male manager to do it but, she wanted to help me herself. That made my day.
I read a lot of negative reviews about the parking lot, machines, and random people outside of the store. When we go to eat out and our server brings out the food but, it’s not made the way we asked. In that situation, we don’t blame the server because she didn’t make the food. This applies to the negative complaints here. The staff is not in charge of what the parking lot looks like, the machines/apps not working and certainly no control over the people who decide to stand outside the store; a public place. Please have some grace on the staff for things they can’t control.”
