Very unhelpful. Brought in part to be serviced and they said "We're not interested in that work right now. Have a good one!" and sent me out the door. John didn't even take the time to evaluate what needed to be done. Go to a real, reputable shop. Not this place.

My car was making a loud screeching noise so I went to Bruce's Auto based on a recommendation from some friends of mine. With the tone and volume of the screeching I thought that it was going to be a expensive repair. But I am extremely happy cause Andy over at Bruce's Auto found the cause of the screeching and the entire repair cost me less than $60. So if you are looking for a Automotive Repair shop near old downtown Byron Center close to the 84th street and Byron Center intersection then I can't recommend Bruce's Auto enough.

I lost my heat Tuesday morning. Everything close to work was 2 to 4 weeks out. I called Bruce's and they told me to drop it off after 7am Wednesday morning. My heat was fixed by 10:30! It cost much less than what other places quoted me. Was small town feel all around. Both gentlemen were understanding, professional, and caring. I will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommend, especially to women who want to be treated honestly and fairly. Thank you so much!!
