Our goal was to find a new hanging light for our kitchen and ceiling fan for a bedroom. Tyson Grindstaff was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and did not hover. He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior. He offered to show additional catalog items which furthered the sale. Forget the big box stores and shop Win's.

This place saves so much time. Tell them what you need and they almost always have it , and even put it in your truck. Not worth trying to save a penny or two at a big box stores. They also honor their warranties!!

I have done business with Winn's for quite a while. Went to the window (Coronavirus hysteria) and asked about a magnetic starter for a 5hp air compressor. The kid didn't understand the terminology. I then said "motor starter". Then he comprehended. Some guy said they would have to build one. I said I can build one myself and started to walk away. Then I asked how much for the components and the guy, without even looking up parts said "about $350". I can buy an off the shelf Square D starter, assembled, for $125 plus shipping. I walked away laughing. He was still standing there eyeballing me as I pulled out. I guess they are used excessive pricing to commercial electricians who are used to gouging their customers. I won't go back. Tough guys scare me. LOL!!!

The other day your employee Troy told a Hispanic customer that he had to wear a mask. There were serval people in the store w/o one on. The customer asked “am I the only one that has to seeing none of this people are.” Troy looked at him and said “I knew I should of wrote the sign in Spanish”. Great employee you have.
