He was awesome,even when I would cry explaining my situation. Car is in the shop, can't coordinate the many medical n dental appts, etc. I'm disabled n on SSDI, so money was an issue but he spoke to the manager about deals, etc to get a lower total. He was patient n diagnosed my phone's problem in the first 20 mins....then got everything set back up. I've loved my Samsung galaxy phone's but can only afford $200 or less, so I buy the older versions A12 n this is A15 and the three yr update through you....it's well worth buying Galaxy's economical versions. Great camera, etc and Verizon has been my service provider for yrs because of it's dependability.

Minus the basic wait for the situation it was pretty simple to go through joslin was very nice and explained things easily for me to understand and helped with the best plans. Manged to get my phone service to a better coverage with streaming service add ons in under an hour.
