I recently had an oil change at the Burton Garage, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making sure everything was done quickly and smoothly. They also took the time to explain what was needed without any upsell pressure, which I really appreciated. My car is running perfectly, and I’ll definitely be back for future services. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Five stars all the way!

I chose this place because of the stellar reviews and was not disappointed! I have an older car that I knew needed a lot of work, I told them I needed a full inspection. The nice man on the phone listened to me and assured me that they would look into everything and help me come up with a game plan based on the urgency and price. He set me up with an appointment the next day, and another nice man shuttled me back to my work. He was very kind, non threatening demeanor, and engaged in conversation with me so it wasn’t an awkward ten minute drive with a stranger! The shuttle service is a great perk, I was able to drop it off on my lunch break and pick it up at the end of my day!
In the end, they advised me it was best to trade in my car because it has a laundry list of problems and some are quite major. They took pictures of those major problems and explained to me why they would soon become a safety issue. I paid for the inspection and they sent me on my way without trying to get more money out of me by trying to convince me to save it or getting all the little things fixed that didn’t actually matter. They were apologetic about not being able to do more to help, and I told them how much I appreciate their honesty!
As a women, this was a dream experience for me. They were all so nice, I did not feel pressured, or like I was being looked down at or made to feel stupid. It’s been my experience that car places will try to take advantage of a nice girl when she has no man by her side. They had all the professionalism of a major brand shop with the same feeling of integrity/honesty of your friends dad that just wants to help! If you have a daughter or are a single woman yourself, you don’t have a boyfriend or a dad to help you, I believe this is a shop you can trust.
I wish I got their names but thanks to all the nice guys over there at Burton Garage!

Super happy with this garage. I didn’t know till after they fixed my vehicle just how bad it was. It drives like a new vehicle and I think their prices are very reasonable. This was my second vehicle in their shop so I’ll keep coming back

Customer Service "Dennis"
This is my "go-to" auto-repair and service shop everytime I have an issue or need service on my car. Dennis, and the rest of The Burton Garage Staff, have several years of experience combined in the automotive industry. Everytime I talk with Dennis on the phone and in person, he's very polite and always answers any questions I may have, and if he doesn't know then he will find the answer. He's scheduled many of my appointments and drop-off's for my car.
Auto Repair Technicians
I haven't met any of the technicians, but they're good at what they do, I've never pulled out of the parking lot with my wheels falling off, or my engine dying, so they're certainly good at what they do. I appreciate that everytime I come with a concern, they only address the concern if there's a reason to and it's absolutely necessary. Dennis, tries his best to help you save when you can and avoid paying out of pocket for service or repairs that aren't needed or due. He's saved me a lot of money, headache, and time.
Customer Lounge
A few times I waited on my car for an oil change or other repairs that don't usually take more than an hour to an hour and a half. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating with chairs and a couch, with a coffee table. You can also walk the area outside to nearby shops, stores, and gas stations while waiting for your car.
Overall
I will continue coming to The Burton Garage anytime I have a concern, question, or repair needed to be done on my car. Their turn-around time if fast, customer service is excellent and personable, and they make it affordable with finance options. Thank you, for taking care of my happy ride, Burton Garage!

I’ve used Burton garage twice now. My first time was suggested by discount tire across the street. Both times the employees have been wonderful. Very Courteous. And gentlemen all the way around. They do have a courtesy car that will take you home and come pick you up. That was huge for me and I truly believe they have fair prices for our areas.
