Speedway @ Bristol & Center roads. Went out of my way to stop in today for lunch at 130pm on way to work. NO taquitos, NO grill foods at all. Only choices were hamburgers for $3.49 each or lunch burritos for $2.99 each. I chose burrito. After waiting in line to pay with cash, I gave the bald cashier woman my smallest bill and my only change which left me a few cents short ( I did not want to break a large bill). There was a dime on the counter a previous customer had left so, I gave the cashier that dime to complete my purchase. The self entitled cashier began criticizing me for using someone else's dime? The power hungry cashier began to berate me and argue with me? I said politely it is only a dime that no one else wanted - why are you getting so irrate with me? The cashier continued arguing. Having completed my purchasing, I told the cashier I was never shopping at this or any other Speedway again. The cashier said - Good, we don't want you or your business anyway!?!?!?!? WARNING!!! AVOID this Speedway. I will be spending my cash at Meijers Gas or McDonalds down the road from now on.

Not sure if she is a manager or a regular employee but the bald lady is honestly the ridest person I've ever come in contact with. She was rude with me and multiple other customers while I was in the store. Something should definitely be done about her because she is clearly making customers uncomfortable on her power trip.

I am very surprised that the shift lead still has a job. I have never seen someone treat employees and customers the way this lady did. She verbally assaulted a customer over a mess on the counter (pick up your mess but dang why the yelling?) I just don't understand the aggression.

The woman shift lead was very RUDE and impatient. I left very unhappy and empty handed. I waited and gave her time to fix an issue another employee made (which is totally fine). She was very aggressive with the other cashier who made a simple mistake and myself. Very disappointed in the customer service since I’ve been going here for years. Definitely some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. I don’t ever write reviews but that’s how bad the quality of service was.

The lines take forever if you go inside! Gas is usually cheaper here than other places. The fountain drink area is always disorganized and looks to be not cleaned on a regular basis during a shift. Every time I go in I have to ask for lids for the cups they have put to use. The lines are usually to the cooler.I was there Saturday June 3 and they had 3 people working and one stinking register going and the line was rapped almost twice by the cooler!!!! WHY?!? I know they only have 2 registers but why one couldn’t jump on and help get the line down puzzles me! Our slurpy’s were almost melted when we paid for them ☹️.When asked if we could remake them, we were told yes but we would have to wait in line again!!!! WHAT?!????UGH!

Service was friendly and prompt. Not to fond of the 7/11 logo's speckled throughout the store . I know 7/11 bought out the speedway's but stick to one brand
