Rich the manager is a joke. Never going here again. Went through this car wash after a snowstorm and they left all the snow on the roof of my car. I paid $13 for a premium wash to come home and find a now multi color sheet of ice on my roof since they soaked the snow with water and soap. Which he told me was not possible due to their rinse and blower cycle... see pictures below. I drove 30 mins home to find this and them to tell me you can come back for a $7 wash... not the same one I paid for... and that they don't remove ice which he told me repeatedly. I tried to tell him it wasn't ice it was snow until you soaked it with water a soap and I drove home.... which he interrupted me sever times during and told me to not have an attitude while he had one with me the entire time. I also find it very interesting the rest of my car was covered in the exact same snow and they managed to get that off.....I would NEVER pay to get your car washed here ever, save your money this place is a joke.

Not a very smart move by whoever is managing these locations.It rained today until 2 or 3 o'clock.At 6:00 I visited the Center Rd. Location and then the Belsay Rd. Location and both were closed.They turned business away for at least four hours at each location.Not smart! And left a few unhappy customers!

I took my Tucson to get washed, attendant was super cool. We asked if our Hummer H2 would fit and he assured us that we would have no issue. We told him we have we been turned away at other car washes so we just wanted to check first. He assures us yet again that we will fit, they have bigger tracks yada yada. NEXT DAY we bring the hummer through. See the attendant from last night working. Another dude, who looked like he hadn’t laid off his suboxone in a few days came huffing and puffing over to the truck, saying he couldn’t help us here. We let him know the dude with the long hair told us last night, we would have no issue. Very rudely stated, “policy states what policy states. Can’t help ya.” Maybe some people shouldn’t be the front face of your company. :(

This place is joke, got some dope feen looking guy taking money. Told me my truck was too big ( factory hummer h2) I’ve washed it here before but will never be back. I’ve watched ford raptors being washed here and they are from the factory wider than the hummer h2’s. Wasted my time and took my business elsewhere. Had no problem running it threw the car wash down the street at center and court street. Zero out of 10 for customer service. This guy shouldn’t be in charge or talking to any customer.

Staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is spotless ?. I highly recommend this wash best one in Burton and flint. Maybe even tip those workers they do such a good job. Thanks guys.
