I had an exemplary experience at the Burton Michigan location this week. Mekhi was a great help! He was pleasant, professional and very informative. He greeted me quickly and helped me understand the differences between stains and paint. There was no hard sell, just information. He mixed the stain and had me out the door quickly and efficiently - a great retail interaction! Thank you Mekhi and Sherwin-Williams! That customer service and your good product will bring me back.

They are always very friendly, helpful and polite. The paint quality cannot be matched and there’s always a wonderful selection of paint color palettes, wallpaper books, paint supplies and great store lighting for looking at paint and wallpaper. The store is always clean.

I've been going to paint stores for 30 yeafrom flint Mi to Sarasota florida. And this Sherwin-Williams is by far the best store that I've been to customer service exceptional staff friendly prices competitive this should be your first stop if you need any supplies painting advice or otherwise

Had the best experience working with Trey today at Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. He was kind, helpful and professional. He discussed the pro and cons of different paint and helped me select colours. I purchase sample paints to test and then will return to purchase the paint (hopefully during their sweet sale). I have bought paints at Home Depot and Menards, but I prefer the paint and expertise of the professionals at Sherwin-Williams. Thank you Trey - you rock! ⭐️

Not a very good experience overall. I tried to see if they could whip up some paint from a batch I had used up with the color code listed. The girl I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, lacked knowledge, kept interrupting, and acted as if she was being bothered on her personal time to even see if they could mix the paint using the appropriate code- all she had to do was look it up in their system and even if she didn't find it immediately, it still can be 'duped' within reason (I know, I've done this before, and many people have when they run out of a paint they used to paint the house etc to 'match' the old paint swatch.. This girl was absolutely rude and just couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum.. I asked at a different sherwin Williams location after this and got the info I needed (and paint) with no issue. While they do have a nice array of paints and accessories for any painting you need, this store's lack of good service and inept attitude of its sales associate makes this barely a two star experience- and I'm being generous.

Store was very clean and well organized. I was greeted promptly. I had questions about which paint would suit my purpose and was given several choices, all different prices. I wasn't steered towards the most expensive paint. I would definitely go back to purchase from this store again, even though it's 30 minutes from my home!
