On three separate occasions Rock Bottom staff has exceeded expectations with 5 star customer service. The owner went above to help my mom with her driveway needs, Luke was a tremendous help with our yard choices and the way they support the community says so much about who they are.

Couldn’t even use their service because when they answer their phone, they’re on another call and trying to talk to you at the same time so couldn’t even get a simple quote for a yard of mulch Because again they try talking to multiple people at the same time while on the phone with you.

Great customer service! We came in inquiring about getting gravel as well as some decorative rocks, and we were given a nice tour of the yard and what was available. They were able to give us estimated quotes on the material we needed as well.

Great service! Delivery is honestly fast as humanly possible! They have everything dirt to sand to mulch to rock to sea wall stones…. I’m sure that’s only a fraction of it! But they are by far the best for price, delivery, and service.
