Don't buy their accessories. They will sell you a $42 charger that doesn't work and then won't give you your money back. Terrible ethics.

Owner cheated on his wife before he got married and had kids he is still married and cheating on her with having his two kids with his wife. I plan on telling his wife's family and his wife because he got my sister pregnant. Stay away from people in Rochester and stay away from friends who you think are friends you kalb. The Roommates you had before don't keep quiet for long.

Poor customer service skills. The “manager” Dewayne is such a strong man he has to threaten and come at an elderly sick woman. He also allows his employees to attack and berate paying customers
