I will never go back to this location I walked in at 815 to sell my saga master system and mind you there was 3 ppl working in the store and I was told they wernt looking at anything they had too much to do while they each were just standing there doing nothing. Extremely rude

I love coming here to look at their vinyl collection. Very well priced. Lately I lost the Roku controller and life stopped for two nights at our house. Ran up their and they had a new Roku controller with all the bells and whistles for a great deal. Thank you guys!

Media Reload has changed for the worse.They cherry pick what they buy from you and pay almost nothing yet they sell everything for top dollar retail or more.The employees have become condescending and just plain rude.As long time customers we are totally disgusted with Media Reluad Burton and Flint.

Something has changed and for the worse. They buy only select few items for pennies on the dollar. Prices on everything have increased to retail top dollar or more. Selection is worse. Service is worse. The employees are just plain rude and condescending. This used to be the place to buy and trade but NOT anymore. Tired of being mistreated and overcharged. Management did not respond and clearly does not care anymore. Can get better, less expensive, faster service on Ebay.

So, just came in to purchase Magic Cards. Stood at counter for 10 minutes while two guys behind counter ignored me. Mind you, there wasn't another person in store. I came in with intent of spending $$$$. I guess my money isn't wanted here. Too bad.... pretty sure this isn't how you do business.

I have a solid video game collection. I frequently go to used video game stores local and up to a few hours away. This location has consistently been the best customer service in general of all the stores I go to. Not to say others are bad, just saying they exceed expectations often. They also have competitive prices so thats nice.
