So far, they've not disappointed and seem inventoried for ANYTHING nut, bolt, & screw related.Price point is extremely fair.Parking abounds.Handicap friendly entrance and transit areas.I've patronized big box and mom&pop hardware stores, they just do it better here. “We stopped in to purchase a Brad nailer. It took a few different employees to get all of our questions answered, but they got it done. We make our decision on the Dewalt product. The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there. He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior.
