Being a woman I often worry about getting taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. However, NOT the case. They were honest with me and told me my brakes were new and the squeaking sounds is from cheap brakes. Thank you very your honesty. A place you can trust.

Fast, friendly, and they got my air conditioning working! It's so nice having cold air on a hot day! I would say this place was very expensive, but I would recommend. You get what you pay for and I received the services and hospitality that I needed. Happy customer.

My daughter was having issues with her car and she took it here for an estimate. They quoted her $3600 for the repairs. Since that was a large amount of money to put into an older car we told her to get other estimates. So she took it to Mr Front End for an estimate and didn't tell them anything about what H Tech said she needed done or the price to see if they were similar. They told her she needed the same repairs as H Tech told her but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE. Obviously she had the repairs done at Mr Front End and her car is driving good as new. I truly feel that this place was trying to take advantage of a young girl who they didn't think would know any better - that's the only reasonable explanation I can come up with and that's disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their vehicles here. Oh and they charged her $75 for the estimate because she chose not to have the work done there. I didn't know they charged that much for an estimate or I would've told my daughter to go elsewhere from the start. However better to pay them $75 and be done vs their jacked up price for repairs.

I had my truck lose its heat in the middle of winter...I called this company the next morning once they opened and they got me in to fix my issue...not only did they fix that issue but they fixed everything else...I had a whole new set of tires and an alignment done...the heat...and a wheel bearing and ball joints replaced in less than one business day...what other mechanic shop does this around the area? NONE!!!! they are super fast, so professional, labor and expenses are very feasible and most of all they offered so much help and options....I will NEVER go to anyone else from now on I will only be dealing with this family operated business...if they cannot fix it I will only go to a place that they recommend....stop using backyard mechanics and start going with HTECH I feel much better knowing they have a 2 year warranty on the work they did for me...I loved this experience!!!! Thankyou so much for helping me so fast and professionally.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I think this is the first review I've ever left for a vehicle repair shop. I'm that impressed. I grew up working on cars with my dad, I love cars, trucks, my minivan, driving them, keeping them pretty, watching people work on them, and I'm not afraid to work on my own vehicles. I ran into some troubles I just couldn't repair on my own, and going through some personal troubles too, so I have had to rely on my Dad to help me with this one, (I know, life story) well Dad referred me to one place, which was closed, but then I was referred to H-Tech. Now, I really love my van, Gangsta TC, and she sounded sad, needed new heater hoses and water pump. Yikes! Husband is divorcing me, and I'm an Uber driver, with a little guy with down syndrome to take care of with little to no help from my soon to be ex. I needed to get back on the road, and fast. Plus being on the open road is my release from the troubles of life. My Dad said he'd pay to get my van fixed, but I didn't want to take TC just anywhere. I pulled up, glanced in the garage as I walked by, and it was clean, and organized! People weren't throwing tools and acting a fool! Yes! The guy I spoke to, I never caught his name... But he has a great sense of humor, knows his sh*t, didn't treat me like I was a silly little lady, was friendly, and easy to talk to! They got my van fixed and ready to go by the next morning! I am freaking impressed. I almost asked if they were hiring, because that would be the kind of place I would want to work at. Too bad I am not a professional mechanic. It would be an awesome job! My van has been through a lot since the old man left, and she's sounding happy, I'm so thankful for the service, and the kindness, and for just that one small thing. It means a lot to me. Thanks man, peace. Long story short: Impressed with service, clean organized shop, they know their sh*t, friendly, service with a sense of humor. Easy on eyes too, ? would take my vehicles there again.Service: Engine repair
